Originally a simple adobe structure, the inn was expanded in the early 1930s to become a place where many presidents, kings and stars have stayed, and even been married. Richard Nixon wed Patricia in the inn’s lounge, and Ronald and Nancy Regan spent their wedding night in one of the inn’s majestic domed-ceilinged rooms. Today, four award-winning restaurants and a luxurious day spa await guests. And, the adjacent Mission Inn Museum houses artifacts from the heyday of the citrus barons, as well as treasures from around the world.
